What data we process and why
When you write to us by email or through the forms on this site we process the data you provide — name, email, phone, your website address if you share it and the content of the message — for a single purpose: replying to you and, if you ask for it, preparing a proposal. The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures at your request and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
If you reach this site from one of our ads, the link may include a click identifier (for example, Google Ads’ gclid). If you submit a form, we process that identifier together with your request for a separate, limited purpose: knowing which ads work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of our own advertising (art. 6.1.f GDPR). This measurement happens on our server and works even if you reject cookies; only if you accept the advertising category is the identifier also stored in a first-party cookie, as explained in the cookie policy.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation lasts and, afterwards, the time needed to address any potential liabilities. If the enquiry goes no further, the email simply stays archived in our mailbox; you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who it is shared with
Nobody, for commercial purposes. The data is hosted on the servers of our web hosting and email providers, who act as data processors. The only exception is the advertising measurement described above: if your visit comes from an ad, we send Google the click identifier — not your name or your message — to record that the ad led to an enquiry. Google LLC may process that data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
No cookie other than the strictly necessary ones is installed until you accept it in the notice shown when you arrive. Today the only optional category is Google Ads measurement; if you reject it, our advertising measurement still runs on our server, without storing anything on your device. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@solidcode.ai. In particular, you can object to the advertising measurement based on legitimate interest. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
