Updates without scares
WordPress, plugins and themes ask for updates every week, and any of them can break something. We apply them on a schedule and always with a safety net: a copy of the database and the code right before touching anything. If an update breaks the site, it gets rolled back and investigated calmly — not live, with the website down.

24/7 watch, from outside
Your website is checked around the clock from a server independent of your hosting. The nuance matters: a watchdog installed inside a hosting that goes down cannot report its own outage. If the site stops responding, we get the alert within minutes — usually we’re working on it before anyone notices.

Backups that don’t live in your hosting
Read your hosting contract: backups are described as a courtesy, the responsibility for having one is yours, and some providers simply don’t make automatic backups at all. That’s why every week we store a complete copy —database, code and files— in external storage, out of reach of any server problem.
And the detail almost nobody can claim: our restoration is tested, not assumed. There’s a written, rehearsed procedure to bring a site back up from our copy.

Security and spam
New vulnerabilities in WordPress plugins and themes are published every day. We cross-check your exact inventory of versions against the vulnerability databases daily: if one shows up that affects you, we know that day, not when it’s already too late. We also watch that nothing changes on your site unless we changed it, and we keep form and comment spam at bay — checking from outside that the defences are still standing, because their favourite way to fail is silently.

Performance
We measure your website’s speed every month with the same tool Google uses, and we keep the history: if something slows it down, it shows in the chart and we act. Caches, images, fonts, plugins you don’t need — optimisation is not a one-off fix, it’s continuous vigilance.

We’re your technical team for the day-to-day: changing a text, uploading a banner, an email that doesn’t arrive, a doubt before signing up for something. No ticket system, no queues — you write and the person who knows your website inside out answers.
